Not happy with your purchase? We have a no-questions-asked returns policy for most products - whether it doesn't fit you, it doesn't suit you, or you just plain don't like it, we're happy to take it back. But we set some rules to protect ourselves and protect our customers. Please read our policy to avoid any nasty surprises!
Returns Policy (Please read!)
If you plan to return an item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the parcel (as determined by the parcel's tracking information).
Once we have acknowledged your returns request, please send the item to us promptly. We can only accept an item that is returned to our premises within 7 days of our acknowledgement.
The item must be returned in its original condition - not used, altered, or devalued in any way. Think about what you would expect a brand new product to be like - that's how it needs to be when we get it back. (If the item is crushed or crumpled in transit, we will also reject it, so please use adequate packaging materials and a mailing bag large enough to accommodate the item in a presentable manner.)
If the item came with tags, packaging, gifts, accessories or the like, these also need to be returned in original condition.
You are responsible for all shipping costs. We will not refund any shipping fees you have paid us, and if you wish to exchange an item, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee so that we can send you the exchange.
We charge a handling fee for each returned item: 25% of the item price if you are returning for a cash refund, or 15% if you are returning for a gift voucher / exchange credit. We will deduct this handling fee out of your refund, voucher, or exchange credit. The fact is that there are various costs (including labour costs) involved in processing a return. If we didn't charge a handling fee, it wouldn't be feasible for us to maintain a no-questions-asked returns policy.
The following items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange:
Lingerie, underwear, shapewear, swimwear, adult gear, and other items that have hygiene implications
Stockings, tights, socks and shoes
Special order items including custom fit orders
Any products marked as "final sale" on the description page
If we have sent you a defective item, we will be happy to discuss a remedy. Please note that we will investigate each defective item claim, including determining what condition the item was in when it was shipped to you.
International returns: We are happy to accept returns from international customers, and we will relax the returns deadline to account for the longer shipping times. But please take into account the significant postage costs involved in sending items back and forth overseas.

When you return an item to us in accordance with our policy, we can offer either a cash refund, a gift voucher, or immediate exchange credit.
A refund is given to you in cash
A gift voucher is emailed to you for use on our website
Exchange credit is given when you want to immediately swap one item for another (e.g. swapping sizes)
The Returns Process

Contact us to let us know what you want to return, and whether you want a refund, gift voucher, or exchange credit.
After we've given you our return address, ship back your item promptly.
Once we have received your item, it may take us several days to process and inspect it. We will notify you once we have decided whether or not it can be refunded/exchanged, as determined by our policy.
If we can go ahead with the refund/exchange, we will let you know if you need to do anything else - for example pay a top-up sum to exchange an item, or give us your bank account details so we can transfer a refund.
